Job Description:
As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your role will involve creating innovative solutions, ensuring seamless functionality, and leading a team to deliver high-quality applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the domain of Manufacturing Engineering MES.
Collaborate with and manage the development team to ensure optimal performance.
Take ownership of critical team decisions and guide the team effectively.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key business decisions.
Provide innovative solutions to technical challenges within the team and across multiple teams.
Lead the design, development, and implementation of new applications.
Conduct regular code reviews and offer technical guidance to team members.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve development processes.
