Job Overview
As a Banking Operations Associate in our Commercial Banking Operations - Core Banking team, you will play a critical role in supporting financial institutions by enhancing operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, customer service, and overall sustainability.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for professionals with 1–3 years of experience who are looking to expand their expertise in corporate and wholesale banking operations, particularly within the core banking system. You will be exposed to complex banking functions such as account management, trade finance, interest calculations, and customer lifecycle operations.
Key Responsibilities
As part of our team, your primary responsibilities will include:
Executing Core Banking Processes: Assist in processing essential banking functions such as cash deposits and withdrawals, account management, customer data handling, and interest computations.
Operational Support: Handle daily banking operations related to corporate and wholesale banking services, including trade finance transaction processing.
Problem Solving: Address routine issues using predefined processes and guidelines. For complex issues, seek assistance from your supervisor or refer to standard operating procedures.
Quality and Compliance: Ensure the accuracy of all processed transactions and support adherence to regulatory requirements to minimize risks.
Service Excellence: Contribute to superior customer service delivery through prompt and accurate handling of transactions while maintaining the bank’s integrity and compliance standards.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with your internal team and report directly to your supervisor. Your role will primarily be as an individual contributor, focusing on specific assigned tasks.
