Role Overview
As an HR Service Delivery Senior Analyst, you will manage professional hiring activities for the US market, focusing on various job profiles including IT, Technology, Analytics, and Finance. You will be responsible for:
Working closely with regional Hiring Managers
Maintaining high client satisfaction
Ensuring timely and quality delivery of services
Key Responsibilities
Liaise with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners (HRBPs)
Understand hiring priorities and requisition needs via the client’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Coordinate job postings using appropriate vendors and sourcing channels
Deploy client branding strategies consistently across locations
Leverage analytics and insights for more effective sourcing
Manage sourcing from various channels like:
LinkedIn Recruiter
Naukri.com
Referrals
Social Media
Handle parts of the recruitment process including:
Candidate sourcing
Offer processing
Maintaining hiring SLAs and productivity
