Role Overview

As an Order to Cash Operations Senior Analyst, you will be part of the Finance Operations vertical, working on financial outcomes by:
✅ Collecting operational data/reports
✅ Conducting analysis and reconciling transactions
✅ Optimizing working capital and cash flow
✅ Streamlining billing processes

This role involves overseeing the entire Order to Cash (O2C) process, from customer inquiry to sales order, delivery, and invoicing. You will focus on cash application processing, including:

Resolving cash application queries

Handling unapplied cash

Reconciling suspense accounts

Processing payments from receipt to finalization

Implementing client account plans and fostering client relationships

Key Responsibilities
