Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in Java and Spring Framework. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in developing scalable, high-performance backend applications. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to all stages of the software development lifecycle.
Roles and Responsibilities
Design, code, debug, test, and document complex software applications.
Collaborate with developers and consultants on technical implementation.
Maintain high productivity and ensure high product quality.
Deliver tasks within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Follow architectural guidelines and development standards.
Develop and integrate eCommerce systems, including content and third-party integrations.
Continuously update technical knowledge and introduce new technologies.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to team growth.
Act as the lead troubleshooter for escalated technical issues.
Provide innovative and practical technical solutions.
